As a micro-business we are proud to offer a truly personal approach, you can feel confident knowing that the person chatting through your style, budget and designs is also the person bringing them to life.
The Process

It starts with saying hello. You might come with a rough idea or something quite specific, both are great starting points! Send us an email and we will arrange a 1 to 1 chat with Richard at a time that suits you. We will explore your ideas, style and budget, Richard will bring a jeweller’s mindset to your vision and is happy to answer any questions you may have.
We want to get to know you and a video call works really well for this. If you prefer to meet in person let us know and we will see what we can do!
This is when we will also take any measurements and post you a ring sizer if needed.

Richard will draw a few different design concepts, with several options and transparent price implications. Once you’ve had chance to review, we’ll set up another call to discuss your feedback.
We will then make tweaks and revisions until it's just right. For more complex designs we can show you the design hand carved into wax so you can see the design in 3D.
Once the design is finalised, we will take a 50% deposit and bring your design to life!

Into the workshop! Richard will expertly bring your design to life through traditional handcrafted techniques creating a truly unique piece that will last a lifetime. We will send you a progress update so you can get a behind the scenes look at your jewellery being made.
Once it's ready we will invoice you for the final payment.

It's time to get excited! Your jewellery will be posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery. We know that jewellery makes the perfect gift so we hide our beautiful, sustainable packaging inside a discrete non-branded outer layer.

Let’s get personal. Bespoke jewellery enables us to create something with your personal story woven into the design, for example we might include a stone from the jewellery of a family member, or a sand like texture for your love of the beach, or an 8 claw setting for your 8 years together. You come with your story and we’ll work closely together to feature it within the design.
